Tropicalia CD packaging

Tropicalia was a brazilian art movement that was going on for a few years in the late 60's. The most visible branch of the movement was in the music which was a mixture of bossa nova, rock, portugeuse fado, bahian folk music, samba and other styles sprinkled in. The music and the movement really got going when the military dictatorship of the time relaxed its grip a little bit. A few well known stars came out of the scene such as Caetano Veloso, Gal Costa, Gilberto Gil, etc. I want to do packaging for a compilation. here is one idea which is very psychadelic and i'm not sure if i should stay away from that or not. i don't know whether i think this is appropriate or just plain hard on the eyes.

I really like the top one, maybe mesh that idea with the 4th one down (with the dots)? Also, in my opinion, I'd love to see more color in the letters of the top one.

Good edits! They look great.

like the one with all the dots a lot.

you may have to drop out the name though because it gets a bit lost.

good work.

bring 'em all to class.
